Island Crisps – Negroni

Crisps flavoured with juniper, Seville orange peel and cassia cinnamon, developed in collaboration with Katherine Bont at Punk Royale. Negroni is Katherine's favourite drink and pairs perfectly with these bitter and sweet crisps.

The crisps have a taste of juniper that provides a clear bitterness, while Seville orange peel gives a fruity and sweet note, which is then rounded off with a spiciness from cassia cinnamon.
